Description:
William James Potter writes William Lloyd Garrison expressing his regrets that Garrison's ill-health will prevent him from being in attendance at their convention, and adds that their meetings have been well-attended. Potter informs Garrison that Mr. Blackwell was in attendance (following their failed efforts to secure Garrison or Henry Clarke Wright for the occasion), and states that Ms. Stone, Mrs. Churchill, and Miss Eastman accompanied him. Potter thanks Garrison for his resolutions provided for the occasion, which he states were "used & adopted".
