Description:
In this letter to Amos A. Phelps, Henry B. Stanton discusses the upcoming meeting in New York, and says he wishes Phelps would attend it if possible. In a postscript notes, he says he has not been paid by the American Anti-Slavery Society for a year and is now in debts. He requests that Phelps see if something can be done for the situation.
