Edward Morris Davis is sending Maria Weston Chapman two copies of his tract. He tells of his plans for future publications, and asks who could present the West India experiment in condensed form. Edward M. Davis has read the report of the Boston Female Anti-Slavery Society with satisfaction. He asks if the practice of writing articles on "the stolen Emancipator" could be given up without sacrifice of principles. James and Lucretia Mott have just returned from an interesting anti-slavery convention in Wilmington, Delaware.
In the postscript, Edward Morris Davis asks if Wendell Phillips is coming to the meeting in Philadelphia this December.
