Anne Warren Weston describes her personal feelings about abolition and anti-slavery work. She thinks the debts of the Massachusetts Anti-Slavery Society should be paid off after the dissolution of the Society. She suggests that Wendell Phillips and his friends might decide to take over the Society, particularly if all its debts were paid. She criticizes the Anti-Slavery Standard. She opposes certain recent actions of the Mass. Anti-Slavery Society. She thinks Mrs. Abby Foster takes advantage of Rev. May's highmindedness. She doesn't think Rev. May should raise money for Mrs. Foster and her friends to spend.
