Stanton is to address the Boston Female Anti-Slavery Society. Miss Ball is trying to secure the Odeon for the talk. Deborah believes that "Miss [Catherine M.] Sullivan hopes to get 2 places & take our choice." Deborah heard "brother [Charles] Fitch" at the Free Church preach an excellent sermon. Deborah comments, "I have not heard so good a one since dear brother [Amos A.] Phelps left us."
